Terms of Service

Last updated: July 25, 2026

1. Who we are

Outcomesy is operated by Outcomesy OÜ, registry code 17093201, VAT EE102789083, registered at Sepapaja tn 6, Lasnamäe linnaosa, 15551 Tallinn, Harju maakond, Estonia ("Outcomesy", "we", "us"). Contact: support@outcomesy.com.

2. What Outcomesy is

Outcomesy is a marketing decision-support tool. It blends data you provide (such as advertising and store exports) into briefings, recommended actions, and client-facing reports. Outcomesy provides analysis and suggestions — it does not execute changes in your advertising or store accounts, and it does not guarantee any business outcome.

3. Beta status

The service is currently in closed beta. This means:

  • Access is by invitation and may be revoked, suspended, or limited at any time.
  • Features may change, break, or be removed without notice.
  • The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without uptime commitments.
  • We may reset, migrate, or delete beta data with reasonable notice where practical. Keep copies of any data you upload.
  • The service may be offered free of charge during the beta; pricing introduced later will apply only after clear notice and your consent.

4. Your account

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into contracts. You are responsible for your login credentials and for all activity under your account. One account represents one brand workspace. You must provide accurate information and keep it current.

5. Your data and permissions

You retain all rights to the data you upload (ad exports, store exports, and similar business data — "Customer Data"). You grant us a limited licence to process Customer Data solely to provide the service to you (see the Privacy Policy for details of processing and sub-processors). You confirm that you have the right to upload the data you provide — including, where you act for a client brand, that you are authorised by that client.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: misuse or attempt to disrupt the service; probe or bypass security measures; upload malicious files or content; use the service to process data you have no right to process; resell or white-label the service itself (white-labelling of reports generated for your own clients is an intended feature and is permitted); or use the service for unlawful purposes.

7. Recommendations are suggestions, not instructions

Outcomesy's briefings, action recommendations, and impact estimates are generated from the data you provide and are inherently estimates. Figures labelled as estimated are estimates. You remain solely responsible for business decisions you take, including budget changes on advertising platforms. We are not liable for the results of actions you choose to take or not take.

8. Intellectual property

The service, its software, design, and branding belong to us or our licensors. Reports generated from your Customer Data are yours to use and share with your clients, including under your own branding via the white-label feature.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: the service is provided without warranties of any kind; we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, loss of profits, or loss of data; and our total aggregate liability for any claims relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) EUR 100. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time (support@outcomesy.com or in-product where available). We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, create security risk, or — during the beta — for operational reasons with reasonable notice where practical. On termination we delete Customer Data in line with the Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. For material changes we will notify you (for example by email or in-product notice) before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Estonian courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
