• Plans & Fees: Users subscribe to paid plans.

• Cancellations & Refunds: Users can cancel anytime, but refunds are provided only in specific cases under consumer protection laws.

5. Intellectual Property

• Outcomesy retains all rights to trademarks, technology, and proprietary features.

• Users may not copy, distribute, or resell platform content.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Outcomesy is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or business disruptions caused by the platform.

• Users acknowledge that AI recommendations are data-driven insights, not financial guarantees.

7. Termination of Accounts We may suspend accounts for violations of these terms.

• Outcomesy processes personal data in compliance with GDPR.

• Users have rights over their data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• This Agreement is governed by Estonian law.
